Handy: NUTT is still a tiny organization, so the lines are nice and short. We go for happy faces, so let us know if you have any questions or comments. Ask them via 'contact' on the website.
Do I pay the shipping costs? Yes that's right. The costs vary: NL €4.95 / EU €12.95 / Rest of World €19.95
When can I expect my purchase? As soon as we receive your order, we will get to work for you. We will pack your blazer neatly for you and your order will be shipped within 3 working days.
How will my blazer be packaged? NUTT is committed to a 100% circular clothing world and, as far as we are concerned, packaging is part of that. So don't expect any frills, no layers of fancy tissue paper, no full-color wrapping paper, but neatly packaged in a well-recycled box. Your NUTT Blazer is the bow.
How do I know if my package arrives? Your package will be sent with a track and trace code so that we know where your package is. If you also want to track your package, please let us know immediately upon purchase via 'contact' so that we can provide you with the track and trace code. No problem!
I received my package damaged. What now? That shouldn't happen! Immediately take a photo of the closed, damaged package and call us on +31 651330295. Then we will look for a suitable solution together.
Can I have a NUTT Blazer sent as a gift? How nice! Yes, you can, but we do not use full-color wrapping paper. We use wrapping paper that is as sustainable as possible. Agree? Go to 'contact', describe your purchase and ask if it can be wrapped as a gift. If necessary, give us the correct address and we will send your package to that address. Do you also want to follow your gift package via track and trace? Let us know in your request so that we can provide you with the track and trace code. No problem!
Can I cancel my order? Pressed the 'buy' button a little too quickly and you don't want the blazer after all? We regret that of course, but it can happen. Call us within 12 hours after your purchase on +31 651330295. That's before we have shipped your package. If you let us know after 12 hours after purchase, the shipping and return costs are for you. We ask for your understanding for this.
