We find clothing valuable and believe that you keep what you love.

Because the clothing industry is still far from fair and clean, we want to contribute to a better world.

NUTT designs high-quality Blazers with great love from good recycled materials. NUTTs have been created with care and craftsmanship. All recycled items are unique, of high quality and not one is the same.

As long as the fashion industry is not 100% circular, NUTT will exist.

Meet the designer

Kleding is nooit alleen kleding geweest. Het is een karakter. Een houding. Een aanwezigheid.

Bij NUTT begin ik met bestaande kledingstukken die iets in zich dragen: vorm, spanning, detail, geschiedenis. Ik haal ze uit elkaar en bouw ze opnieuw op tot iets dat nog niet bestond.

Geen schetsen die worden uitgevoerd. Maar materialen die het ontwerp sturen. Elk stuk krijgt de tijd om te ontstaan. Niet sneller, niet efficiënter, maar precies goed. Daardoor is geen enkel ontwerp hetzelfde.

Wat ontstaat is een one-off: handgemaakt in Amsterdam, met eigen logica, spanning en karakter.

Luxe zit voor mij niet in nieuwigheid, maar in onherhaalbaarheid.

DONATE YOUR CLOTHES

You can donate your clothing to NUTT so that we can give it a new life. This way, the waste mountain becomes slightly smaller and we give value back to new clothing.

How and where? Every first Saturday of the month between ten and noon. Korte Ouderkerkerdijk 5c in Amsterdam (ten minutes walk from Amsterdam Amstel station).
